Delivering mulch in Detroit is always a highlight of Goodwin’s schedule, and there’s always something new to do in The Motor City when he’s satisfied his clients. Gritty, edgy, and vibrant, Detroit is home to many of Goodwin’s favorite activities, including music performances, clubs, museums, unique shops, gourmet dining, casinos, theaters, and more. One of his favorite places to visit is the 983-acre Belle Isle, the largest city-owned island park in the country, where you might find him strolling along the trails, enjoying the scenic shores, slipping down the water slide, paddling a paddle boat, or swinging through the trees in the 200 acres of woods. As an avid sports fan, the chief mulch monkey can enjoy professional sports in Detroit all year round, and he always tries to be on hand to cheer on the Detroit Pistons, Detroit Red Wings, Detroit Lions, and Detroit Tigers – but why aren’t there any Detroit monkeys? He’s not disappointed, though, when there are such amazing festivals to enjoy after Detroit mulch delivery appointments, and Goodwin loves to dance along at the Detroit International Jazz Festival in September or the Downtown Hoedown country music festival in May. He loves to sample different cultures at the African World Festival in August, and because Detroit has so much to sample, he’s always happy to make Detroit mulch delivery runs, anytime!
